Powers (if any): Mutant: Nuclear 90, capable of emitting radiation over a number of wavelengths, physical attributes (most notably regenerative abilities) increased exponentially upon exposure to radiation (including her own, capable of self-power up). While under the control of "134" is virtually immune to most forms of psychic control and/or manipulation.

Other skills: Extensive Northern Watch training and programming: skilled martial artist and close quarters fighter, well-versed in at least radioactive phenomena, EMPs, weapons grade substances, etc.

Notes: A victim of the Northern Watch's meta conditioning program. Unlike every other meta who has passed through the Watch, complications arose due to her powers and instead of becoming a unquestioning soldier, Monica was implanted with a "call to destruction" that forced her to commit evil. Due to psychic intervention, this behaviour has become a separate persona in it's own right, going by the number "134".

134 cares for little save reducing "the meter", a metaphorical measure of how strongly it's sinister urges are afflicting it. Though Monica's personality is still thought to be alive, 134 is in complete control of her body.

As of late, 134 has used the Northern Watch's own metas against it, taking control of the camps current recruits via their conditioning, thus creating herself a small army of superpowered soldiers with the support of the Watch's kidnapped scientists.

As of recent events 134, as well as her army of metahumans, has effectively been neutralised as a threat. After giving up Monica in exchange for the lives of numerous hostages, Portal Corp. scientists were able to track down her allies main base of operations in First Ward just as it came under attack from a large group of Seers, led by a projection of Mother Mayhem.

Liberty Force members were able to defeat both Seers and allies of 134, but the violence was eventually stopped by "Solar Flare," a scientist who previously worked with Northern Watch. According to her, 134, as well as her allies, had been trying to cure themselves of the conditioning forced upon them by Northern Watch by using the Seer Network.

By Solar Flare's suggestion, Liberty Force and Monica raided the local Seer Network hub in First Ward. There, they fought through numerous waves of Praetorian agents. The plan; to use Monica's unique brain pattern to learn exactly how and where the N.W conditioning works in the victim's brain and then use this information to create a counter-psychic program to distribute through the Seers. This would eradicate the conditioning in the minds of all the N.W victims and free them.

The operation, though a success, has left Monica comatose, and Solar Flare worries that 134 was not fully destroyed. She has asked of her aid once more, to enter Monica's mind and destroy 134 once and for all while it is still vulnerable.
