Yes indeedy!

It should be now known to Liberty Force that Praetorian spies were the manipulators behind the following events:

• Lucius recruited the Praetorian Loyalist counterparts to Mary, Dennis and Andrew.
  
• Lucius is not the only Praetorian Loyalist spy operating in Paragon.
  
• They allied with Crey to frame the Liberty Force for a murderous raid on a Crey lab.
  
• They caused the capture of Corporation agents, and the ensuing (brief) conflict between Liberty Force and the Corporation.
  
• Canadian group, Northern Watch (who created Starjet, Monica and Luciana, among others), have had dealings with the Praetorians in the past, and have used triple-strength Enriche as part of their indoctrination. This Enriche is now probably in Monica's allies hands, and may well be the reason said allies are loyal to her.
  
• Luciana is a clone of Lucius created by Northern Watch, except her indoctrination failed and she escaped to the US (where she was recruited by the FBSA). Lucius used her stabilised genome to create a loyal clone army of himself and her.
