Build challenge (Aerial Assault - Steam Centurion)

Alright, i've designed a build for my Tanker, Steam Centurion. What i'm looking for, since my build-fu is rather weak, is if anyone can make a cheaper/better build.

The current build costs 594.6 million inf. Ideally, I'd like that to be lower. I didn't put this into Mids, since Vigor or Preemptive aren't in it yet, so I did it in notepad.
